Placing Orders

  1. 1. Login — Sign into your Zanketh Store account at zankethstore.com
  2. 2. Open Shop — Go to the Top-Up page — your reseller prices show with a badge
  3. 3. Checkout — Select items, verify the player ID, choose Wallet payment (card disabled for resellers)
  4. 4. Done — Submit — top-up dispatches in ~5 seconds automatically
  5. 5. Track — View all orders in your Reseller Portal

Rules & Policy

Always verify the player ID before ordering — wrong IDs cannot be refunded.
Keep credentials private. You are responsible for all orders placed.
Maintain active sales. 30 days inactivity without notice may downgrade account.
Contact support before refilling balance to get current rates.
Do not share your API key or reseller login with third parties.
Do not resell below our published retail price.
Chargebacks not allowed — wallet balance is non-refundable once used.
Do not exploit pricing errors or bugs — accounts will be terminated.

How long does approval take?

We review applications within 24 hours and notify you on WhatsApp.

Is there a minimum balance to start?

No minimum, but we recommend LKR 2,000–5,000 to handle a few orders comfortably.

Can I get a refund on unused balance?

Unused wallet balance can be refunded in special circumstances. Contact us to discuss.

What happens if a top-up fails?

Failed orders are not charged. You can retry or contact support.

Can I have both Manual and API?

Yes — select "Both Programs" in the application form.

How do I get better pricing?

Higher monthly volume qualifies for better tiers. Contact us once you hit 50+ orders/month.

What regions are supported?

Can I white-label for my website?
