Zanketh Store is not responsible for errors in Player IDs provided by the user. We act as a reseller and are not affiliated with Garena.

1. General Policy: Due to the nature of digital goods (Game Top-ups), all sales are final. Once diamonds/credits are delivered to the provided Player ID, they cannot be retrieved or refunded.

2. Exceptions: Refunds may be issued only if:

• The product was not delivered due to a system error on our end.
• The product is out of stock and delivery is not possible within 24 hours.

3. Incorrect Player ID: Zanketh Store is not responsible if the user provides an incorrect Player ID. Please double-check your details before purchasing.

4. Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
